Apartment buildings and rental property
Different building, different equipment. On a rental the reason to do it is not comfort.
A house takes a ladder. An apartment building takes a boom lift. On a house the tech works off a ladder, which is why a vent that comes out through the roof or terminates more than 20 feet up is more than we will do on a house.
