Blinds Cleaning Omaha
Go and run a finger along a slat. That faint sticky feel is why blinds you dust every week still look tired. We take them down, run them through an ultrasonic tank at our shop, then deliver and rehang them. Our techs are paid hourly, not commission.

Meet IT, the fluffy little disaster. The greasy film on the kitchen blinds, dust packed inside every honeycomb cell, white slats that went beige so slowly nobody noticed. IT gets into everything.
One call, and the evidence is gone.
“It Happens. And when it does, call COIT.”

The COIT Process, Perfected Over 50 Years
The whole process is simple and transparent. Start whenever you’re ready: call or book online, 24/7.
Call for your in-home estimate
We set a time that works for you, often as soon as the next day. Nothing to prep and nothing to take down yourself.
The tech arrives and inspects
He measures and assesses the blinds, answers your questions, and gives you the total in writing.
Approve it and the blinds come down
Say yes and we take them that same visit, clean them at our shop, then deliver them and put them back on their brackets. Say no and you owe nothing.
Three questions worth asking
Any cleaner worth hiring will answer all three. Here is how COIT answers them.
Start with how the tech is paid. Commission techs are not bad people, they do what their pay tells them to do: they earn nothing for their time, so being thorough costs them money. COIT pays by the hour, and a five-star review earns a bonus on top, so our tech would rather leave you impressed than get to the next stop.
Then ask what actually happens to the blinds. You cannot dust the inside of a honeycomb. Cellular cells, cord channels and slat overlaps are built to be unreachable, so wiping them where they hang cleans the part you can touch and moves the rest around. Ours come down and go into the tank, where high-frequency sound waves travel through the water and shake the dirt loose from every slat, cord and crevice at once, sticky kitchen film and nicotine yellowing included, without a brush ever touching them. It is the method Hunter Douglas endorses for its own Silhouettes. Then we bring them back and put them up. Real wood never goes in the tank, so we clean it by hand at the shop instead, and Roman shades are dry cleaned like drapery.
- Are the techs paid on commission or by the hour?
- Do the blinds come down and go in a tank, or get wiped where they hang?
- Are the techs vetted and background checked?
Down from your windows, into the tank, back on your brackets.
The fair-priced, no-pressure way to get it done
Hourly techs, not commission
Our techs are paid by the hour, not a cut of what they charge. Your tech totals the price, then applies all your discounts. Being paid for his time is what lets him take the time: to be thorough, answer your questions, and explain what he found. A five-star review earns him a bonus on top, and he gets there by doing the job right, never by asking you for one.
We run our own ultrasonic tank
An ultrasonic tank is a serious piece of shop equipment, not something that rides on a van. COIT owns one and runs it, which is why your blinds leave the house and come back cleaner than any cloth was ever going to get them.
The right method for the type
Hunter Douglas Silhouettes, honeycomb, faux wood, aluminum and vinyl go in the tank. Real wood never does, so it is cleaned by hand at the shop, and Roman shades are dry cleaned like drapery. We do not clean shutters.
Background-checked techs
A criminal background check before anyone puts on the uniform. You know who's walking into your home.
Exact total before we start
You approve the written total up front, and it's good for 90 days. Decline it and the visit costs you nothing.
