1. Who we are

This site is operated by COIT Services Omaha (a DBA of HCR — Omaha LLC), the locally owned and operated COIT franchise serving the Omaha metro area. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “COIT Omaha,” we mean that business.

2. Information we collect

When you book service or contact us, we collect the information you give us. That typically includes:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Service address (where the work happens)
  • Details about the job you want done (rooms, services, special requests, pets, etc.)
  • Payment information when you pay for service (handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers)

3. How we collect it

We get information from you directly through:

  • The booking form on coitomaha.com
  • Phone calls to our office
  • Text messages (SMS) you send us or replies to texts we send
  • Email
  • In person when a technician is at your home

4. How we use your information

We use your information to run the business and serve you, specifically to:

  • Schedule and deliver the cleaning service you booked
  • Send appointment confirmations and arrival-window reminders
  • Follow up after service to make sure you’re happy
  • Send occasional promotions to customers who have opted in (you can stop these at any time)
  • Respond to your questions or service requests
  • Keep accurate records for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes

5. SMS and text messaging

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

Opt-in

You consent to receive SMS messages from COIT Services Omaha by checking the SMS-consent box on the coitomaha.com booking form, or by verbally confirming with COIT staff over the phone. We will only text you after you’ve opted in.

Opt-out

You can stop messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You’ll get a one-time confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed, and you won’t get further texts from us after that.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the services you have scheduled and your communication preferences. Most customers receive a handful of transactional messages around the time of their appointment (confirmation, day-before reminder, arrival update).

Rates and delivery

Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier’s plan. Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Cookies, analytics, and call tracking

Like most websites, coitomaha.com uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use the site. Specifically we use:

  • Google Analytics — measures site traffic and which pages people visit
  • Google Ads conversion tracking — tells us when an ad click leads to a booking, so we can spend our advertising budget where it works
  • CallRail — assigns each visitor a tracking phone number so we know which marketing channel a phone call came from. Call recordings and transcripts may be created for quality assurance.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymous session recordings so we can see if the site is confusing or broken on certain devices

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (especially the booking form) may not work correctly without them.

7. Third-party service providers

To run the business, we share information with vendors who help us deliver service. These include:

  • FieldPulse — our job-scheduling and customer-management system
  • Stripe (or other PCI-compliant processors) — processes credit card payments
  • Google Workspace — email, calendar, and document storage
  • CallRail — call tracking and recording
  • Google and Microsoft advertising platforms — receive aggregated conversion data so we can measure and improve our ads

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and handles your data subject to its terms. We choose vendors we believe handle data responsibly, and we don’t sell your personal information to anyone.

8. Data retention

We keep your information as long as we need it to provide service to you and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. After that, we either delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer identify you.

9. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Show you what information we have about you
  • Correct anything that’s wrong
  • Delete your information (subject to records we’re required to keep by law)
  • Stop sending you marketing messages

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always show the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we’ll do our best to give you advance notice (through the site or by email) when it’s reasonable to do so.
